Field Marshal General Syed Asim Munir 5-days visit to USA is very significant that has sounded alarm in the world, specially in India. His visit is different from Ayub Khan, Zia-ul- Haq and Musharraf –he played a dominant role in Pak -India 4 -days war of May 2025 and Pakistan took revenge of , as the

prime minister Shahbaz Sharif rightly said , ‘’the fall of Dhaka in December 1971’’.

US President Donald Trump in his first address to joint session of Congress on March 4, referred to the deadly abbey gate bombing at Kabul airport in August 2021 when thousands of Afghans were trying to flee following the Taliban takeover. Trump said that the alleged perpetrator had been apprehended. He thanked ‘’the government of Pakistan for helping arrest this monster.’’

Pakistan’s prime minister Shahbaz Sharif thanked Trump for ” appreciating Pakistan’s role and support in counterterrorism efforts across the region.’’
Trump seven years earlier had accused Pakistan of giving the us ‘’ nothing but lies and deceit’’ and safe havens to terrorists while Biden had said ‘’ one of the most dangerous nations.
Donald Trump after winning elections had felt US isolation in South Asia . Again Pakistan was pursuing policy of cooperation not confrontation with USA. Pak-US relations were at odds for a long time. But on the other hand Pakistan role against terrorism was lauded by US military.

Field Marshall Syed Asim Munir served MI, ISI and now serving as army chief. National Security Advisor Lt. General Asim Malik , is serving DG ISI now . Mohsin Naqvi, interior minister were also present in the meeting with Donald Trump. ‘’The meeting was scheduled for one hour but lasted for two hours’’, reports Indian media-The Print. Americans for us, has the history of ‘’false promises, slaps—always demanding to do more . Pakistan being the ally of USA in the war against terrorism but Clinton visited India, offered civil nuclear technology to India, not Pakistan. He just came to Pakistan for 6 hours. Pakistan, after 9/11 became ally of USA but it was a deadly embrace.American tried their best to link Kasmir Jehad with Afghan Taliban but failed. Kashmir movement was declared terrorism and Lashkare Tayaba, Hizbul Mujahidin terrorists. ‘’Pakistan is a foe rather than a friend,’’ was the common sayings of Americans diplomats and Generals in 2000’S. Earlier, US military and economic aid to Pakistan was suspended in October 1990 and propaganda campaign against Pakistan’s nuclear programme was engineered.

Indian prime minister Narendra Modi was invited in G-7 meetings but he received a cold shoulder response from G-7, Trump did not meet him there. Again in USA, Trump did not meet him but later talked to him on phone that annoyed Indian very much. Trump takes the credit of cease fire between Pakistan and India and eventually saved the two neighbours from nuclear war. Trump had said that India had said for cease fire with Pakistan. So he talked to Asim Munir and Modi and finally cease fire deal accepted but surprisingly Kashmir issue, the root cause of conflict between Pakistan and India, was internationalized. Trump offered to resolve the Kashmir issue through his mediation. Pakistan has nominated Trump for noble prize that move would secure diplomatic support for Pakistan in the world and isolate India on all international fronts– bring it down to knees.

Now Indian dreams have been shattered. India is no more a regional power — no power against China. Trump with the slogan, Make America Great again, is largely dependent on China. Indian defeat by Pakistan, 4-days war of May has changed every thing in the world. Pakistan is now rising in the sky while India is loosing its space in world politics and diplomatic fronts. India in 2019 lost a large area to China. Now china is surrounding India—China has changed name of Arona Chal Perdesh as its chinas’s territory.

News in Western Media are circulating that china would take Taiwan in 2027. China is a economic and military super power of the world now. The western monopoly over technology, defence and education ,air power has ended after 100 years , with the defeat of India in May 2025 by Pakistan. USA has lost its super power role in the world; now China and Russia are heading to lead the world and new world order has shifted in Asia.
China and Russia are party to the resolution of Palestine issue. China has hosted all Palestinian groups in Beijing , diffused differences amongst them to promote united stand on Palestine issue, two -sates solution. Again , Iran has signed military pacts with China and Russia. Its note worthy that Iran provided drones to Russia in Ukraine War. There are reports of Palestinian support for Russian war against Ukraine also.

Another credit goes to Donald Trump cease fire deal and its protection, between Iran and Israel ! Israel and India met the same fate and Trump came to rescue them from the war they had started. 12-days war ended but Iran’s nuclear facilities remained safe and sound despite American attacks on Iran’s nuclear sides. Iran has proved its muscles and it would prepare ‘’nuclear weapons’’, comments Maleha Lodhi, as it has more than 4oo Kg enriched uranium in secret places.
Iran occupies strategic position for Pakistan and Pakistan fully supported Iran in the war against Israel. Pakistan ,at the UN Security Council , supported Iran’s right to defend itself against the aggressor –Israel. Pakistan did not send its troops in Iraq against Iran, during Iran-Iraq war, at the request of Pakistan’s Arab friends. Again , Pakistan was signaled to ‘’open a front against Iran’’ in May 1984 , comments Mushahid Hussain Syed, US vice President George H. W. Bush, visiting Pakistan had delivered the message but he refused. Instead Zia-ul-Haq invited newly elected Iranian President Syed Ali Khamenei in February 1986, now Supreme Leader of Iran these days, comments Mushahid Hussain Syed. Iran should fight the war against enemies with in first as Pakistan started a war since the last decade. Iran should dismantle net work of RAW and Mossad in Iran.

The ‘’reset’’ is not in the making. Syed Asim Munir visited USA in a bid to enhance economic and trade ties with America and avoid confrontation with America. Pakistan is no more dependent on US military aid, economic aid. Pakistan would not fall trap to trump now. Pakistan is not a scap –goat for American. Now US ‘’stick and carrot ‘’ policy would not work . we are victim of US friendship friendly firing.
China is time –tested friend of Pakistan and now military and strategic ally of Pakistan , we should trust China , not USA. We should turn towards China for economic, military and technological aid and even our students should prefer to go to China for studies.
Pakistan is now a game changer !
